38 days until 1st season rifle in Colorado and I am making my last push to refine skills. A big part of this is getting in shape and shooting from various positions. Got up early and hiked Iron Mountain with 60 lb on my back, then went to the shooting range to fire a few rounds. I only had 30 minutes to be at the range, so I just put a few down range on the bench and then a few with the RS legs.
First 3 shot group is from a bench with bipod and rear bag. After this group, I adjusted my scope 1/4" left and took 1 more shot - exactly where I wanted it (2" high at 100 yards)

So I moved the bench and attached my trekking poles to the RS legs. The backwards chair in the photo helped with with things, one I didn't have to remove the bipod everytime I got up and two I could lean into it to get steady.
Here is my 3 shot group. After I sent it back out I took a 4th shot right in the middle of these three. Very happy to get sub 2 MOA from the Tricer system, this really opens up in field options!

All shots are out of my CA Mesa 300 WM, shooting 190 gr LRX handloads at ~2900 FPS.
These RS legs are money @Truduct and definitely going to be a game changer. I did not take a shot an an elk at 350 yards last year because I had no way to get stable above the tall grass, with the GTP-RS that elk would have been dinner.
