Wild Turkey Season Ends (Fall)

I need to get clarification on this. It depends on interpretation. Below is the rule from California Fish and Wildlife:

a. Fall Season - The second Saturday in November extending for 30 consecutive days

Is it extending for 30 days from the November 9th or including November 9th? I do think you are right IM.
 
Looked it up. It does end on the 8th. I really want to get one. Looking to hit the rec area Saturday.
