    deer hunting scent control ?

Best advise I think is to play the wind, you cannot fool an animals nose, its like fishing lures most are made to catch fisherman not fish I feel that's the same with sent control products. Only my 2 cents.

    When do you scout?

Scouting is a fulltime job, if you want to be successful every year you have to know where the animals are, the only way to know that is to be in the field. Mature animals change there patterns all the time, there in one area when there in velvet, sometimes another when they lose it, move again...

    The openeer on the coast

I sat in that stand everyday from that day till October 12th when a hot doe brought him in with several friends , he was king, it was raining by the way. I have the entire hunt on video it shows how really smart the big ones are and how patients prevails. One of my finest hunting memory's.

    D-16 First Buck, now gone

You have pictures and a hard lesson learned, I cant tell you how many guys I've hunted with that had to use my pen. If you guys forget your pens or they just don't work, hike back out without the animal and get one. Sometimes its a long tough hike it will always be worth it if the man in green...
