Tasted better than it looked. Ended up with a bunch of smoked bologna, bone stock, oso bucco, and Linguiça and of course choice cuts.

Yes my good friend actually owns a vacuum Bologna stuffer $$$$$. I've never used a butcher shop. That would only be disrespectfully to my friend and all of his butchering equipment.
