Homemade elk spaghetti meat sauce
Wild pig sausage
Mozzarella cheese
Provolone cheese
Portobello mushrooms (remove stem and dig out fins with a spoon making a bowl)
Layer with mozzarella and thin sliced sausage then spoon in meat sauce and top with provolone.
400 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese browns.
