Quit Smoking tobacco

Lee, I need to join you! I’ve quit a thousand times already, but I’ve started a thousand and one. It’s not easy at all! Been smoking since I was 14... stupid idea!

Congratulations! Even a day of not smoking after smoking that long is progress. It took me several tries after 25 years but I’m back on that horse again (the quitting horse that is). You got this. Stay physical, busy, and eat healthy. All that will feel like a waste if you start again so you won’t want to start again. So much for Sunday morning preaching, off to church now!

I started out with the patches.
But only got through the first stage half way through..
Started to increase my blood pressure. Had to stop using them.
I tried chantix before a few years ago. And did not work for me

Lee,

Hang in there and think of your family...My dad quit when he was 52...He is now 91.

ps...Just got a call that my great friend Bill Kohl has stage 4 lung cancer...Hopes he will make it thru the year...Never saw him without a cigarette.
