“Cruel” and “inhuman”?!? LMAO! A small sticker makes no difference to the bear. I'd imagine that it was the USFWS or the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission that put the collar on the bears. Who else would do that? Unless she's stupid enough to think that they just put the collars on them just so there was somewhere to put the Trump sticker.
