Just for peace of mind, it seems that you don't have enough cape for a shoulder mount, but a very creative double European mount would be a good choice. Good job and congrats on your success this season.

It's Scott. ;) Yes, for some reason Utah antelope are far better tasting than others. I made jerky out of our Wyoming 2013 goats. They were the most gamey animals I've ever tried. My 2006, 2010, and 2012 Utah goats were all very good.
