Wrap them in bacon! Everything tastes great wrapped in bacon. I bleed mine out in ice water for 24 hours, marinate the breasts in lawrys teriyaki, put pineapple or jalapeno and cream cheese between the breasts, wrap in bacon, and bbq. Best way i have found to eat them
