I've always had luck in the "U" fields. If the action gets slow, just walk the access roads, and you'll jump some.

Apply for the Sep 6 dove hunt at the Canada de San Vicente in Ramona, CA. I was lucky enough to draw this hunt a couple of times...

I agree with NBK, flickers and mojos can be a deadly combo, but I've used the flickers alone and still get great results.

I've done well in the past at the CDFW fields in Niland. I'm probably hitting them for an evening hunt on the last day. When they slow down, I walk the fields and bump into them that way. It's more fun too.
