if it’s a post 2014 long gun technically it should have been registered to the owner who purchased it. I’m sure the local PD department could reach out to the registered owner
Yea she’s retrieved pigeons shot over her. She’s doing well, steadiness is the issue at this point but for 8 months old she’s gonna have some birds smashed over her this season
