CA Poacher "slap on the wrist"

Cant read the article, im not a subscriber, but saw an article the other day where they caught a guy in NorCal with two full body mountain lion mounts. His fine was $654 and forfeit the mounts.
 
I heard rumors of a guy trying to get ticketed to he could drag them into court. I wonder what would happen if the constitutionality was really challenged.

Stupid CA dictating that a legally killed lion from another state can't be displayed on said hunters wall..so dumb...but thats Ca. Consistently passing laws for important stuff...lord ..

Fun to hunt...good to eat ..and they look cool on the wall ..I like lions ..so does BLUE!!
