The fires jacked everything up so get to climb into some new drainages this year. Cameras going up Wednesday. Bringing the flu flus and snaro’s for quail with the recurve. I have yet to hit one in the air but i have no shame ground pounding them. Sure to be a good time. Good luck to all!

I got my cameras out this AM and wanted to share my approach to scouting gear and see what you guys use for public land scouting. My whole setup is 16lbs, weight is distributed so its not all on my back, and keeps my hands free for the most part. Can just stop and hang a camera, check ranges, glass and don't have to drop and dig in a pack except for first aid or food, Just add water and go! I got it pretty slimmed down over the years to just the basics really. Anything you guys would add?
