Went out this morning with a buddy to Wister. Smacked several Teal, couple Gadwall, and a spoony. We had to start packing up by 10 for Christmas eve festivities so we ended up 1 short of us both having a limit (I got mine). We definitely could have sealed the deal had we stayed another 30 minutes since there were several of birds flying while we were packing up.

Not a duck guy so I don’t know when the season ends but I can tell you up here in Oregon it’s been raining just about every day for a month. Every puddle has ducks in it. Drove through Tualatin NWR the other day and it is loaded with ducks and geese. So don’t give up so cal duck hunters, maybe a bunch of quackers and honkers are still on their way down.
