Interesting. There are multiple errors/mistakes on mine FYI. Omitting zones/draw for archery, wrong Biologist phone number, etc... so I am not surprised if that was left off of yours LOL.

If not a tag rule, I could see it being a base rule they talk about in an orientation.

Per the regs you aren’t even allowed to take sheds on base
