Yup, you definitely can. You also could make an all in one unit like the XS pulsators. A lot of value in not having that bulky battery weight.

Not worth making them anymore and I still use 2 of them. The new XS Pulsators use small lithium batteries and no external battery pack. You can throw it in your decoy bag and hike it in without all the weight.

Are you just hunting 12/22? I would recommend hunting Saturday as well if you can. Gives you a jump start on learning the wildlife area and it is generally a better shoot day.

Sounds similar to the skybuster mentality.... I paid to hunt here... i am going to shoot my gun. I agree, nothing wrong in asking the staff about spots. Doing so right in the middle of picking blinds is not the best time to do so. Hunting the public refuges does not replace the need to scout.
