I think your question is if you can use the treestand if the owner not hunt on midweek?? I never do it, respect other hunters is the way to go, i find many treestands near mine and is normal , I know people with 10 treestands in mount laguna , is normal you find a good spot with 3 or 4...

I hate fixed broadheads , i shoot a buck in 2015 at 32 yds with 65 lb bow , I used dead ringer Trauma broadheads, big hole drop on tracks 40 yds , from my blind to the buck I find 3 lung pieces. Best braodheads I use by far. Last pic was entry hole.

I have same issue AO and A22 and I give a pass to 2 does first weekend, but please never kill a doe with fawns , without mother deer fawns be an easy meal for coyotes , lion or bobcats. We have a lot season with A22.

I know its not legal in the season , but I do it before season for me is not work, how i say before the mock scrapes work better.

I have 4 cams in Laguna Area all with lockers and iron case, last saturday in 1 they try open the iron case, in other I set up cam on small tree , so the thief just cut the tree. Last year in other place in laguna area someone steal my ladder. If your plan is hunt that area keep your treestands...

I make a fake mock scrape , to atract deers to my treestand and I find no bucks just 1 doe and huge lion 7 days in a row. I hate this cats. .
