Can anyone tell me the story of point mugu duck clubs. Heard story's of people getting private land permission to hunt AG fields w/ ponds in ventura might do the same thing. Here are some possible locations as well as a picture of duck clubs .

I plan to drive up to El cpitan or of hope ranch and set decoys in the kelp and anchor the boat and just wait. Only law that I know of is that you cant be in city limits. I wont be , you have to be 150 yards from any house on the beach and the boat cant be under the power of the engine. City...
