Yup - I was referring to the quasi-sanctioned dog park on the south side of HB bordering newport. Looks like the original reference was to dog beach proper on north side HB. (Though I do see a lot of surf fishing just north of the where I pointed out at the far south side of the HB state beach.)

Close - Dog beach abuts the next overpass where the santa ana river drains into ocean There was a big battle between city/county over allowing dogs off leash here. I thought last i heard you couldn't anymore so you may or may not see dogs

I picked up a number of used Wildgame Terra 10 cams for around ~30/piece on ebay and I've been happy with them. Daytime/nighttime video is clear and at that price I don't worry much about leaving them on public land and getting stolen

Just to throw a small bit caution, I wouldn't treat the map/information as gospel, based on the fact that many areas have been developed since 1994, regulations change, etc.
