I’ve read before that if you get breaks in the rain, the turkeys like to get out and take advantage of it, sunning and eating bugs.

I have heard that some guys going to Africa carry a second scope as backup and have them both zeroed in and installed with detachable rings like Warne.
That’s what I was thinking but I’m not sure what pair makes sense.

I picked up one of the Apache 9800 rifle cases from harbor freight while they were on special. Seems sturdy enough for the price.
Any thoughts on how to configure the rifle in there? How do you guys with similarly sized cases set them up?
I’m pretty sure that’s a puma. The tip of the tail can be seen by the hind paw if you look closely at the photo.
And as Steve pointed out, no spots. Plus the fur is smooth and short.
I was looking the bantams up on sportsmans warehouse. Are the bantam and super bantam the same but with the super bantam having a spacer that allows the stock to be adjusted for 12-13” LoP while the standard bantam is fixed at 13”?
