Awesome write up and even better buck! Miserable hikes with heavy packs are the most fun and memorable times ever. Although they don’t seem that way while they are happening. Surely a buck you will remember for a long time.

I do not have one but I researched it a lot as I was looking into buying one. The only downside I found was that the brass is special. If the caliber was to lose popularity(which I don't see it doing but you never know) brass could become pretty expensive. I was actually leaning towards the 260...

Most of the time if you get off the road or trail 1/2 mile or more the beer cans and boot prints disappear. Find an area that's hard to get to and most of the time you will be alone.
