My buddy had him on camera alot one season. I got to see that buck once on the hoof. Heard him fighting with another buck in the early morning darkness one day. Saw him after it got light..... Congratulations, he is a stud!!
Hiked 3.75 miles up a mountain today only to have two guys In a truck pull up behind me from the private property route as soon as I made it to the top....
With only 80 tags available and 87 1st choice applicants its not really "saught after". I will say that being able to hunt that late in the season is why it would be wanted though. I think most who put in for it get it every other year hence why it takes a point. Same as g13 really.
D16 was unrestricted and OTC last year so people could get 2 d16 tags, which is why it sold so fast. A22 sold out on 7/2/20, just like this year. Its all in the Big Game book. A22 will still be premium next year.... D16 will probably go from "premium" this year to "restricted" next year.
When it says "out to 80 yards" It just means that you can shoot that far. That same 80 yard target has a 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, and 20 yard marker as well. All the targets have several distance markers to shoot from.
My first time hunting AZ. In 3 days I've seen probably 70 deer, almost all does. Finally saw some bucks today. Had two bucks who were together coming in straight at me and turned away all of a sudden from where I had hoped they would go. Didn't see the other deer to my side thru the bushes. They...
Id like to see the forest ranger who issues a disabled person a citation for that.
Pretty conflicting rules if you ask me. And one that could and should be fought in court. State says crossbow is "archery equipment" when used under a disabled permit. Id like to see a ranger give a disabled...
Depends on what your fishing for too. I use small setups for Perch and Corbina. 6lb test, sliding egg sinker, swivel, with a 2-4lb leader. Small hook with either gulp camo worms or when the season is right, use sandcrabs.
Locally in San Diego in limited use, sure, why not? The problem is when you see 6-10 cameras in one small area. Some are left out by people who never retrieve them.. same as stands. In Arizona the problem Ive heard is 20-30 cameras on waterholes and the Guides who have 100's of cameras all over...
