Good luck, I hope the chapter survives! My sons and I join the Ventura chapter for a work day or 2 each year. I find a lot of value in hanging out with them and in the work they do. I wish I could join them on a monthly basis for meetings, but they are over 100mi away. It is sad to me...

Home tests are interesting... I know first hand of 3 recent home tests that were positive but when tested the same day at UC, all 3 were negative. Weird.

If I had an $300 laying around I would, but I don't so I'm trying to save them.

Afternoon all. I recently discovered that a bladder of mine was leaking and I now have 2 upland bird vest packs with mold. Any tips on how to get rid of the mold and save the packs?

If I recall, I had to purchase the universal mounting kit along with the Kuiu kit. But now it looks like you will only need the Kuiu harness kit. I did have to contact them as to how to attach it and they sent me a video. They have a great product, but not a great website or roll-out of said...

On your Gunfighters harness, do you have to have it sit uncentered on your chest so you can access the handle easliy? I too have one, but it's for my Kimber Pro Carry and it's kind of hard to access the grip in between the bino harness straps.

Fascinating article. I think it has a lot to do w/where you spend time. I don't spend time in Grizzly country, so my concern is defending against black bears, mountian lions, and people. For that i usually carry my Glock 23. But i am definitely not a bear spray guy.

Never been waterfowl hunting, but my sons (15, 13, and 9) and I talk about it all the time. We have no gear and no trained dog, but would love to learn from someone that does!

Just picked up the CZ Bobwhite in 28ga. Had a lot of fun w/it during dove season and now waiting on Quail to open.
