8, Many of these birds are landing in the decoys, they are just out of view of my phone. We hunted this field 6 straight days, if we shot into these big flocks we could have blown the birds out of the area. Snows are easy to kill, getting them in that close is WAY more fun

Wow I missed this place, I know that pond, center of the east side of area 2 about 1/3 mile north of the first parking lot. Good for everything, the pond is also a U turn area for divers heading back up to the closed zone

Assuming you go into area 2 just remember the north and east sides of two are too deep to wade across. You can wade in from the south or west. Be flexible and ready to move around. A decoy sled is a great tool there Coots are your friend

Steve if Unit 1 has 40 k there is hope for the IV. This may take a few years to restore but is a very positive sign, I like it I'm a ricer now and not looking back, getting up at 5:45 sure is nice
