Has anyone ever gotten drawn for Sandhill Crane in Arizona? How was the hunt? Never done it, and and thinking about putting in for the draw.

I'd totally be down for a CA bear hunt. Are you thinking SoCal or up north?

The boys got on some pheasant, with the help of the SD NAVHDA chapter and the San Diego Jr Pheasant Hunters group. They had a blast and a successful hunt.

Yeah. I'm in N OC/S LAC, and it takes me an hour and a half to get to the meeting. Almost as long to the SD meeting, but still worth it so far.

Each of my 2 kids drew ressie's for Wister on the Sunday of youth weekend. #9, and #28. If anyone has a Jr hunter, and they'd like to tag along, you're more than welcome. FYI: I don't have a dog, only a dozen decoys, have never hunted Wister, (I have been to Wister, just never hunted waterfowl...

AZ is tough for the draw as far as elk. They only allocate 10% of tags to non-residents. They are, however, really good at posting draw percentages and harvest statistics.
