    Trump Opening SD Bay NWR?

That brings back so many great memories. Loved that area. Grandpa had anchored floating blinds with oil drums as buoyancy in different areas of the bay as far back as the 40s. Thanks for sharing Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

    Trump Opening SD Bay NWR?

I read about this proposal on the TRCP site. They reported it involved opening the area up to fishing. No mention of hunting. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

San Diego City Lakes Closures Hunting & Fishing. Time to GET INVOLVED!!

Done. Thanks for posting. Cut my teeth on waterfowling as a boy on Otay lake. My folks place was only a mile away, and there were lots and lots of duck hunting opportunities in the 60s and 70s within 20 miles of the house. Numerous riverbottoms, stock ponds, San Diego bay, gun powder point...

    Where are the widgeon?

Come on , just because there are good flights of widgeon in the area doesn't equate to lanyards of dead widgeon showing up at the check station. I cant think of another person who would know the day to day movements of waterfowl better than MP Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

    Redhead from Nevada

I agree with you about the receding sea, my issue with Wister is the deplorable condition it has fallen into. There are so many previously good sites from years ago that are not huntable today. Nowadays, I find myself driving to Wister and instead heading a little further east and enjoying days...
