I drew a Dove opener in Nevada for the Overton WMA. I have never been there before but was planning on hunting ducks out there at the end of the year so will be good to see the unit prior to duck season, in the daylight at least. Been awhile since I hunted doves, going to have to dust the decoys...

Got out to swap SD cards, the usual suspects still around, Cant wait for the bear archery opener. Two young bucks around still around but i didn't get the older one this time, hope he is still using the area. Missed the coyote by about 2 hours today.

I like that AO tag, gets me out exploring new units and terrain every year. Between that and upland i know the unit pretty well before putting in for a general tag.

Went and swapped SD cards today. Can see where the antler growth is, or was. I busted out one buck today and it looked like his antlers were just starting to split, the tips looked alot darker. We had a battle of witts staring at each other but when i went for my phone he bounced. Got about 10...
