Have you decided between using the ELDX vs ELDM in your PRC? Which ever one you choose, we should take it over to PWG and check speeds at the range. I just bought a box of each to load up in my 300 WM.

Calves were sore! Swapped out weekly my workout to more of interval training for the next month as well. Maybe one day I will be able to keep up with drew up the mountain. Lol

I just picked up a copy of Jim Heffelfingers new book. This is an encyclopedia of mule deer information. Not cheap but tons of info, seems more like a college text book.

I went with 300 WM with several rifles, but going 300 PRC, 300 WSM, 7 PRC, or 7 Rem Mag are great options. Basically personal preference at that point and ease of getting reloading components. For rifles, i like Tikka, Browning X-bolt, CA Arms FFT for that price point. If I was going tikka, I...

I've done with a 300 WM and a 338 RUM, those both work but the 338 hit him like a lightening bolt. My Bull last fall absorbed 4 poorly place shots with my 300 WM before I finally broke both shoulders to get him down. He never even flinched and I thought I was missing...until i found a blood...

I always enjoy looking at the guys who said eff it and burn points...like 18 points for D14!!! Wow...6 points for A31.

I decided that I will buy a 7 PRC next year, pre-ordered Peterson brass & will get redding dies soon. I do not think I will go custom with this one, leaning toward Gunwerks CLYMR or Alltera Arms Mountain Shadow Carbon. I am a big fan of the gunwerks clymr stock...but who knows, likely I will...
