    My friend won a waterfowl draw # . He will be busy and could not spend the whole day to hunt. Can he transfer the won draw to me or he has to be at check in station to check in in order to get a blind.

    San Jacinto #13 reserve for newbie

    Hi, I won a draw #13 on Oct-29 at SJ. I never hunt in SJ before, I don't know if it is good to go 1 week after opening day. Any advice or guide ? Really appreciated any help. PS: I did hunt at Wister couple times.
