Draw wining transfer

My friend won a waterfowl draw # . He will be busy and could not spend the whole day to hunt.
Can he transfer the won draw to me or he has to be at check in station
to check in in order to get a blind.

He has to be at the check station. They will want to see his Driver Lic.

You mention the whole day...It is OK for him to show up in the morning, get you on with him, then go home or hunt with you for couple of hours, then go home...You do NOT have to leave.

Shoot time?...Last check-in in the afternoon?

Check-in starts at 3:00 am...If your number is called and you're not there...You get skipped.

The end time, is it shooting hours? the san felipe hunt had a noon hard stop, wasn't sure if this one had something similar.

End of shoot time depends on the species you're hunting and area you're in...Waterfowl hunting ends at sundown...All of this is explained in the hunting regulations.

I packed for regulation hunting hours last time too and was at home watching football the last half of it. Maybe its a Sunday thing.
