Has anyone done any playing around with the Hornady GMX bullets. I am going to try the 165's in my SAKO. It has a 1-11" twist.

I have not tried the .30 caliber GMX's. Never bought any. The BC is quite a bit lower than the E-Tip. I did play a little with the 6.5mm GMX (did not spend enough time) but did not get a load to shoot the way I wanted.

Dusty, do you buy factory rounds or do you stuff em' yourself?

I just buy the factory rounds, I have them for my AR, scout 308, and my 300win. have never had any issues. I was messing around with the 150 grain 308 and 165grain 300win and shot 500 and 685 yds with the factory loads and had groupings of 5" diameter. I will get into reloading down the line here this years since the ammo shortage. My last pig didnt like em very much!!!
