6.5 Creedmoor dies.

the joke about the CM has less to do with the cartridge then the fan boys that think it was the second coming of jc himself.

Its a good mid range hunting round for sure that's 300-700 yards. it lacks the energy at long range for hunting but that is a minuscule number of people who can even do that. from a target stand point its fallen out of favor in the PRS world. it was never a mid range round but last year at the south west nationals a top 10 finisher in the F-open 1000 yard was shooting yes you guessed it a 6.5cm. its only real problem is that it got popular.
The growing popularity of the cartridge has also driven bullet makers to produce some very attractive offerings.
 
I have not yet succumbed to the CM. I shoot the .260 and have way before the man buns ever thought of it.
