Went out for quail Sunday, spent the better part of the day for 1 bird. So on the way home decided to swing by a local pond and managed to pick up a ring neck. Not sure what to do with just two birds, I diced them up together and cooked em with some onions, minced garlic and some lemon juice. Served it over some wild rice with some talapia and turned out pretty good.
