I received a weekly newsletter from the BIA (Building Industry Association) which I wanted to share with others. The gist of the article was lamenting all the regulations but the following letter is what we as hunters and fisher persons deal with everyday. Most people I talk to are amazed at the maze of Federal, State and County rules we have to navigate to enjoy our pastimes. Enjoy!
