I ask because I’ve never used one but have an area I think I could. Wind seems pretty consistent based on time of day so I know I could sit it at certain times and not others.Wind
Tree stand or not, you need to go to the spot very early in the morning with pen and paper. Start noting where the wind is coming from. Stay there for a few hours and note how the wind changes. Gotcha. Thanks for the response.The stands I have are in canyons facing west, typically mornigs in the early a22 season the wind is still untill the sun comes up and heats the canyon up and the thermals start to blow east and up the canyons
