Cut duck into golf ball size chunks and soak in Teriyaki sauce (prefer Yoshidas), diced onion and chopped garlic sauce for 1 hour
Bell peppers
Cherrie tomatoes
Jalepenos
Mushrooms
Onion
Bacon
Wrap duck in bacon and skewer with vegetables. Cook rare to medium rare and no more!
