Wonder what it is that they are really after? I have heard some rumors.

They are saying that the polymer lowers are an actual gun part when they first make it prior to backfilling with the material you have to remove to make it a gun again.

they were threatened back in 2012 with criminal prosecution if they didn't give up there customer list, that from what I understand is a big portion of the Op. the polymer lowers were just an added bonus and fuel for the FEDS.
