Hey all. I've come to think of sch as a place to get great info, help others, and meet good folks. I've bought some stuff, sold some stuff and traded some gear on sch. I've hunted with a person or two and met and shaken hands with some. Other then some stupid disagreements I've never seen a bad situation on the site. Soo with that said as the season winds down, and man was it a slow season for most animals in so cal, I find my self looking for new things todo with the family. This time a year late winter spring early summer I spend scouting and gearing up for next year but I always try to get into some other trouble. My kids and I have always had airsoft guns and played in the yard or in the back woods but a few weeks ago my wife said lets get more gear and get out to a field. As some of you know I've been saving for a new shot gun for her but she insisted it could wait. Well like a good husband I was willing to do as she asked. After spending more in the past few weeks on air soft then I've spent on hunting all year long, my wife my 16yr old son and I headed to the field in chino Saturday. I have not worked so hard and had such a good time in a long time. My legs are done. My bad knee is killing me. We are all limping around. We are all used to hiking with packs but not running and kneeling all day for 8 hrs. It's been over 10 years since I was in a position where I was under fire like that. A few strange flashbacks but it really was fun and relaxing.
The point of my post. My birth day is at the end of the month.... I think it would be cool to get a big group together of my sch brothers and sisters and hit the field again. If enough show up we can have our own group and fields all day to our selves. Maybe some of you already play. It would be a great outing for the guys, the gals, the wives and kids over 10. We can even have propane bbqs. they even have RV parking should you want to take anap or have a cool or warm place to hang out.
So kinda short notice but 2 weeks on the 6th in chino? Any one interested
