Have you seen this yet? It’s all over the news and Facebook. Three news choppers were over my house when they were trying to catch this goose yesterday. A kid with a crossbow is my guess. Sucks that a stunt like this gets so much bad press. This is not hunting but the general public sees this and it leaves a lasting bad impression for years to come. The comments on Facebook are out for blood.
There will be a vote some day, and we will need every one we can. This is not good !

Everyone wants to help and donate money etc. Why don’t they go feed the homeless or something important.

"Honey, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is I had a patient die on the table today. The good news is I scored a goose for dinner!"

Funny, lol.

If that thing was in my neighborhood I'd have sent the dog out for it, rang it's neck.

Done deal

Their was a turkey less than a mile from where I live that lived with an arrow in it for a while before a vet removed it and the bird is doing just fine.

I remember that.. or might have been the one in the LMRA. Either one people were freaking out. Tell em to settle down, its just bad shot placement haha.

I had a lady give me permission to hunt turkeys on her property......I asked her if she wanted to use a bow.....No way she said!.....She had given permission to another guy and he stuck a turkey and it carried the arrow around for about a week..... ;)

Funny you say that. I have access through a family friend to a really nice 400 acre property up in the Paso area. Tons of animals. Deer, turkey, and pigs.

Even on 400 acres, the owner doesn't really like archery for the same reason. He is a big hunter too!! Actually archery hunts as well.

On his ranch he has a strict "BOOM... FLOP" policy.
