My mother raises and cuts free range / alfalfa fed bison she distributes local in cedar city and to whom ever else. She comes down a few times a year to visit and drop off orders she will be here early April If any one is interested I can pass her number to you she can explain her processing standards and cost. And her pricing is half of any one else local or out of state.

I personally do not like bison meat at all but a lot of people do. They do not have the land to graze all year so the supplement with alfalfa I think they only have 60 -head head at a time. They do not have a website more of a retired hobby that they do supplying the local Indian fairs and restruants. I'm not trying to sell just putting it out there If any one likes that stuff I do know that it is all USDA inspected like cattle before it can be distributed.
