Black lab breeders

My neighbor is looking for a good black lab breeder in SoCal. Any recommendations?

Raney ranch retreivers, be warned they are not cheap $$$ but they are one of the best. Not gonna say any more than that. Good dogs with proven blood line are way different than backyard breeders. Any dog can be trained to go fetch something but that is not what a good gun dog can be...
