Bob Costas on guns......

Did anyone watch Bob Costas during the halftime of Eagles/ Cowboys game? He decided (and I imagine NBC Sports approved) to bash the 2nd Amendment. What better time than after a POS (KC Chiefs player) kills his girlfriend then himself. Costas quotes KC newswriter, Jason Whitlock who says if Belcher didn't possess a firearm then both he and the girlfriend would still be alive. I just puked.

I know I'm preaching to the choir but really!!!??? Is Costas so stupid to believe Whitlock, that if guns didn't exist, people would not longer have the means to kill each other?

You can read Whitlock's ignorance in the last few paragraphs of the attached article. Just sickening how stupid people are.

Well this wasn't the only site I saw where people were irritated with Costas. Clearly the emails worked. Now he's back pedalling....Good to know our voice is heard. I'm sure NBC realized the sh*t storm he caused by commenting on the subject during a FOOTBALL game.
