I will be up on Sunday as well. We may get a few stands in after we leave archery range.

3 blank stands and not much deer sign in the area I was in. But atleast I got in a good hike!

Hotel. Drove all the way to the fence line and then hit AFA 35 on the way out.

Good area. Biggest deer killed 2012 season was taken from back there. I believe it was a 5x4 that dressed out at 148.

Wow! I am surprised since I did not see much sign but that may change and will still keep the area on my hit list for this fall.

Next time you go to the Game Warden look for the binder with all yhe pictures. Look for the picture that has a guy posing with a buck in the river, that is the one.

I will check it out and thanks. Hope to have better luck this year. I am going to give it a try with the bow and dedicate more time to hunting as well.
