I had one a while back and they did an endoscopy also while I was out. I asked the doctor to please do the endoscopy first before he stuck the scope up my butt and not the other way around.
Tom, Fred, & Joe would hang out together all the time. They lived in a fairly small town.. They'd hunt together, fish together, & go to bars together. Occasionally they be by themselves but much of the time people would see them together. One day Tom was driving by himself & got into a terrible car accident & died. It was pretty bad & his face didn't look the same. Since Tom didn't have any relatives that anyone knew of to identify the body, the Sheriff & Coroner asked Fred & Joe. They figured it was Tom because it was his car in the wreck but they had to make sure.
Fred walked in first & uncovered the body. He then roll him over & looked at his butt. He then said, "Nope, that's not Tom". Thinking that was strange but not questioning Fred about it, he then called in Joe. Joe didn't even bother to roll Tom back over on his back & instead looked at his butt as well & said, "Nope, that's not Tom".
The Sheriff & Coroner both asked, "How can you tell its not Tom"?
They both said, "It can't be. This guy only has one asshole. We know Tom had 2 because every time we walked down the street with him we'd here people say, "Here comes Tom with those 2 assholes".
