Put in for my 3 boys...too much $ for me to put in for myself. I've never hunted CO, but 1st elk season falls during fall break for the boys this year, so it seemed like a good year to give it a try.
2027 is last year for Colorado OTC non resident elk, I’m building deer points this year hoping for a combo muley/elk hunt fall 2027. Doing the elk hunt even if I don’t get the muley tag.
