Well, couldn't go chase ghost but I did drive around to check on old quail spots... The quail decided to be somewhere else and not where I checked. I did see some duck in a pond but couldn't tell what species, (total rookie) can you guys tell just by the silhouettes and noises. I know its a bad video but I have faith in you guys ;-).

Video of yote I saw down in the river bottom, he busted me after a while. If I would of had my AR he would of been dispatched for sure.

Did take out a yote that presented a shot at about 30 yards with the shotgun while I was checking the desert edges. She came in running to pup in distress call. That yote was locked into the caller, dropped in her tracks instantly. I also saw a bobcat but it wasn't at a safe shotgun range so I watched him walk away.

What do you do with the yote? Do you skin and keep the pelts? They have some real nice looking pelts on them. Just curious on what you and some of the other guys on here do with them?
yes, keep the pelt when they are in winter stage and send them off to local taxi for cleaning up.... bury the rest as per regulation.
