D14 Reports??

I'm new to the board and just wanted to check in. I haven't done any hard hunting in a while but drew local tags the last couple years with no success.
I have a tag and a new rifle but medical crap keeps coming around. I thought that with the recent fire activity the deer might be a little more condensed this year. Does anyone have any reports from D14?

I've been out almost every day since the season has started. It's been a hard season so far for D-14. I've seen a few dozen doe's and only 1 spike, & 2 small forky's. I haven't been able to find my bucks in the eastern portion of D-14 since the Lake fire.

I'm sure this won't help much, but at least I can tell you that they ARE up there. At 5pm before opening day I saw two does, two small forkys and a big buck from behind with full rack. They were all together just south east of Hanna Flats camp ground. We were 4 wheeling and they were crossing the path just up ahead 40-60 yards. My wife didn't get to her camera fast enough so no pics. As the story goes... this was the day before the opener
