Deer hunting in the 60's. Honda Trail bike & Weatherby marketing movie.

This video hits home. I stumbled upon it while looking for info on a 1965 Honda 55 Trail Bike I have that was my Grandpa's. I don't know if he ever saw this but I could see him watching it & succumbing to the marketing of this bike & going to to buy one.
In the early minutes of the video, the hunter gets a new .300 Weatherby, which I also have.

Anyways, I thought it was cool despite how hokey it is in parts. Just made me think about how it was for our parents & grandparents. Heck some of you probably experienced hunting this way.

I hunted like this this morning on an ebike. Smacked me an eclipse special forest chicken right off the road.
Lot has changed but a lot hasn't.
Enjoyed the disney sounding narration of the era.

Good video. Now we have Quads and Side By Sides. Tricked out rifles and Gouchi Gear. Hunting is what we make of it. We determine the experience we want to have. I say this as the X9a and X12 Zones have closed and our time in D16 is close to beginning .

Man this rigg has seen some roads...and a mammal or 2..couldn't have done it with out you honey .
