DFW PLM program

Has anyone ever utilized the ranches that are a part of the DFW Private Land Management program? If so, what were your experiences?

I have reached out to a few of the listed ranches to inquire about bear hunting, hopefully I hear back in the coming weeks.

I haven't hunted any but have researched a bunch of them. Some of them are VERY pricey! One I inquired about deer and their policy (which I may be getting confused) is that you have to purchase a bear hunt before you can purchase a deer hunt. All together was about $6,000. No help to your research... just sayin'.
