Does anyone hunt in Ventura County?

I'm a new hunter, waiting to get into the game. I'll prob start out on rabbits w/ a .22.

Where in Ventura County can I hunt?

Not familiar with your area but looking at the map you have Los Padres NF just north of Ojai.

check the DFG website and look under the land section to start. If you have an iphone look into the cabelas hunt app (about $15) not sure if it is on other platforms. Good luck.
